    I was trying to space my EDIFIER MR5 speakers farther apart and thought that I ordered the correct part. I was sent a 4 pin cable when I needed an 8 pin mini din male to male cable. Maybe more info about which cables connect to which speakers would be useful. I love my MR5’s and sorry for the low rating when it’s mostly my fault. Thank you.

    you are a strange company. although you seem to offer US tech support, you do not. i have made 6 phone calls to tech support and left 3 messages - no response!! i spoke to a very nice lady at edifier who left messages for the tech support team - no response!! is this how a successful business is run?! the m60 speakers are the best i have ever owned, but the instruction sheet included with the speakers has incomplete information and is less than intuitive. while you make great speakers, you seem to do almost nothing else well. i do not expect any follow up from you, although most self-respecting companies would do so. sincerely, steve bromley

    Moved into new house and somehow the cable for my Edifier speakers got lost..... ordered a new one and now that it's installed I can enjoy the amazing sound these bad boys give..... didn't realize how much I missed them.

    I got this cable to connect my IK Multimedia iLoud Micro Monitors. They are amazing little desktop speakers, but have a cable that's about four feet long. I wanted to use them as surrounds, and they needed to be farther apart. This cable has the same pinouts and works perfectly.

    The cable works fine. It was waiting for it to ship that was the issue. I may be just accustomed to Amazon at this point but the label for my shipment was created a week and a half before it shipped. Seems like a long time for something that was put in an envelope to be shipped out.
