Edifier Online Store Return Policy

We guarantee you will be thrilled with your Edifier experience. If a product purchased from Edifier does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

For all returns, please contact us first and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) before sending the product back.

Returned products must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories (including all warranty cards and product manuals/instructions).

Sending a product to us that is not in resalable condition will result in the item being sent back to the customer at their expense.

 

Please follow these steps to return your purchase to us:

  • Contact us and obtain an RMA number.
  • Pack your item in the original packaging
  • Include all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories.
  • Clearly indicate the RMA number on the packaging or parcel. We will not accept returns without an RMA number.
  • Send the return back to the Returns Centre Address provided by the customer service representative.

 

For proof of delivery, please use a traceable carrier (Australia Post, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

You are responsible for shipping charges with the exception of product defects or a shipping error on our part.

 

Receiving Refunds:

Edifier Australia will issue a refund to the original form of payment used for the purchase; please allow up to 30 days for the credit to show on your account.

Proven defective products can be returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY. We do not accept returns for credit or refund.

 

Certified Refurbished Products Replacement Policy

ALL refurbished products are FINAL sale.

Proven defective products can be returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY. We do not accept returns for credit or refund.

We offer 14 calendar days to report a defective refurbished product from the date you received it products.

Proven defective products will be exchanged with a replacement refurbished Edifier speaker, headphone or earphone, as determined by Edifier Australia, or the authorised service provider.

 

I bought your product from another seller, can I still return my product?

If you purchased your Edifier product from another Edifier reseller or distributor that is not our official online store, please speak directly to that supplier for more details about their individual return policy.

You may be eligible for returns, depending on their terms and conditions.
