These speakers are great for a quick and easy turntable setup. Very much plug and play. No need to switch inputs or anything which I honestly like. Sound quality is very much there. Makes my music sound amazing and easily fills a small living room.

look and sounds great. Works great as computer desktop speakers. However just a tad to big to sit on desk without the desk getting too crowded. But that is more than made up for by the flexibility of connection options and sound adjustment more than make up for it
Best speakers ever!
The left speaker produces noticeable buzzing (louder than the primary tone) in the range of 452-505 Hz due to mechanical vibrations inside the cabinet, tested with: https://www.szynalski.com/tone-generator/ Pressing HARD on the middle of the back side of the speaker can make this stop, but that's not a solution. The right (active) speaker does not demonstrate these issues.
I really like the product, I barely have taken it out of the box. But the build quality is great, I haven’t had enough time to enjoy it fully tho…

I purchased the MR3 to use as a monitor for my digital piano. I am very satisfied with it. The output is more than sufficient for my needs. I especially like that it has a headphone jack on the front. I also enjoy how convenient it is to connect my iPhone via Bluetooth and listen to music.
I bought the MR3's as a gift to my son so I can't give a review on the set up or use of the speakers. This review is mainly for the way the package was delivered. The package was shipped in its original package, so anyone along the process can see what is being shipped. That is a huge concern for anyone who has paid what they might define as a lot of money or a hassle if they need to file a claim for damaged or stolen goods. I bring this topic up because the package I received was damaged but seemingly not opened. I didn't (thinking about it now) look to see if it had been re-taped closed, but the weight of the package did feel like the product was in there and it was not rattling. I haven't done this as at the time I did not think about a lot of this information, it was a gift, and so I wrapped it to give as a gift. If possible I will update this review when the gift is opened and everything is examined with more attention to detail. I hope that the practice of shipping products in the original package, showing what is in the box, is not becoming the standard way of service.

They look pretty good. The only thing I didn't like was the on-off and volume control switch on the main speaker. It would have been better with a more conventional rotating way, you know, to turn it on you rotate the knob clockwise and there is a click, then you keep rotating clockwise and as the volume goes up, there are clicks until the end and there is an end! Then to turn it off, you go counterclockwise until is off, and there is a click. But other than that..... not bad.
