The battery was almost dead when it arrived. I had to buy a new battery.

The remote is genuinely so poorly made, almost no range for the speaker to read it, have to take out the battery and put it back in every time I what to turn it on
I did not receive the order. The last tracking update was 1/19 and now it is 2/6. I messaged via the contact form on the companies website twice, cases were created but no response has been received to either case. A package going missing or undelivered is the fault of USPS, but not replying to messages and support is yours.
Ordered a replacement after my dogs chewed up my original remote that came with the speakers. Works great and is now kept out of reach of the small brown furious furries.

The battery is far too difficult to open for those with dexterity issues. After multiple tries I got it to open, but it just shouldn't be so hard. I am sure the engineering challenge is the size of the remote...

While your speakers are exemplary, your remote is a travesty. The first one (I received with the speakers when I purchased them) simply stopped working, even when I installed a new battery. The new one came with a dead battery, & with some difficulty, I might add, I replaced it . It seems to be working OK, but I don't hold out much hope for it to last. I also have to say that I am not impressed with the cost of the shipping. Way Too Much!!!!
