I bought a pair of used R1700BT speakers, and wanted to learn more about them. I didn't even know they were remote controlled until I got here. I was like, cool, so I ordered them. My takes the RC10B. Everything works perfectly on the remote and speakers. Extremely happy with the way everything works!
So glad that I was able to get a replacement remote!
All good! Right product delivered in a timely manner.
Ordering was easy and accurate. Device worked immediately after setup.
Great!
Service was outstanding.
The folks at Edifier rock! I ordered a remote control replacement. They sent 2! As the model changed. Said to me to use the one that worked. No delays, no hassles and no dragging it out. It was so nice and forward thinking by using good old fashioned common sense. I can’t thank them enough for their help.
Dog chewed up my old one! Replacement arrived in a couple of days and works great!
Lost remote in remodel. Ordered and received replacement in 10 days (US Mail). Worked immediately.
Great replacement remote. They sent me two for the price of one because there was a difference in the speaker models and one might not work. Turns out both of them do!
Works perfectly, great service, fast shipping... The best
