Edifier® Speakers, Headphones Limited Warranty
The limited warranty set forth below is given by Edifier Enterprises Inc. (Edifier North America) with respect to the Edifier brand multimedia refurbished products including speaker systems, computer speakers and headphones with this limited warranty, when purchased from an authorized retailer in North America.

Your certified refurbished Edifier speaker is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship as follows: for a period of one year(12-months) from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns for credit. Proven defective products will be exchanged with a replacement refurbished Edifier speaker, as determined by Edifier North America, or the authorized service provider. Your refurbished Edifier headphone or earphone is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship as follows: for a period of six-months (6-months) from the date of original purchase. We do not accept returns for credit. Proven defective products will be exchanged with a refurbished earphone or headphone, as determined by Edifier North America, or the authorized service provider.

This warranty is the exclusive and only warranty in effect relative to refurbished Edifier speaker systems, headphones and any other warranties, either expressed or implied, are invalid. Neither Edifier nor any authorized Edifier reseller is responsible for any incidental damages incurred in the use of the speakers. Edifier’s obligation under this warranty does not apply to any defect, malfunction of failure as a result of misuse, abuse, improper installation, use with faulty or improper equipment or the use of the speaker systems with any equipment for which they were not intended. This warranty will not cover any consequences, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the loss of life, profit, and any other losses resulting from the sales, installation or use of the product.

(1) What are Edifier Certified Refurbished Products?

Edifier Certified Refurbished Products are used Edifier items that experience Edifier's stringent restoration process before being available to be purchased. While just a few units are returned because of technical issues, each unit is assessed to guarantee it satisfies Edifier's quality guidelines.
Every Edifier Certified Refurbished Product:

Experiences thorough testing and any inadequate models recognized in testing are disposed of and are not part of our inventory.
Edifier products that require new parts are excluded from the Edifier Certified Refurbished Program.
Is put through an exhaustive cleaning procedure and investigation.
Is repackaged (counting manuals, cables, and new boxes).
Is set into a Final QA review before being added to sellable repaired stock.

The refurbishment procedure follows the same procedures for Edifier's newly manufactured finished goods.

Proven defective products can be returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY. We do not accept returns for credit or refund.

We offer 14 calendar days to report a defective refurbished product from the date you received it products.
