(Edifier North America) with respect to the Edifier brand multimedia refurbished products including speaker systems, computer speakers and headphones with this limited warranty, when purchased from an authorized retailer in North America.
Your certified refurbished Edifier speaker is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship as follows: for a period of one year(12-months) from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns for credit. Proven defective products will be exchanged with a replacement refurbished Edifier speaker, as determined by Edifier North America, or the authorized service provider. Your refurbished Edifier headphone or earphone is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship as follows: for a period of six-months (6-months) from the date of original purchase. The speakers are master class. Sound comes from the devices as through I'm sitting on front of live musicians and these are refurbished speakers. How wonderful! I wanted Bluetooth capability so that I can listen to Spotify when I'm not spinning records. Just a push of the power button and the transfer happens seamlessly. Awesome! So happy about my purchase. Only thing is the remote control was missing when the speakers arrived. Hopefully the company will send it to me soon.

I definitely enjoy the sound of these speakers. I was apprehensive about the bass quality, but I think they put out a good low sound on their own without a subwoofer. My speakers shipped without a remote, but customer service quickly got one shipped to me at no additional cost. If I was going to nit-pick, I'd say that I don't like the fake woodgrain. I ALWAYS prefer solid wood, but you get what you pay for.

No problems at all. You'd be hard pressed to know these were refurb other than the sticker on the box. Had a few listening sessions already and they sound great. We are using them for a record player and with Bluetooth for streaming music. I haven't even had to tweak the treble or bass. They sound great right in the middle. I did not think a remote was necessary but I've even found that to be handy already.

I’ve been reading about these Edifier powered bookshelf speakers for months now and decided to finally pull the trigger as I purchased these for a friend who’s interested in setting up a little turntable and Bluetooth stereo in her apartment. After taking all of 5 minutes to unpack them and plug them in, all I can say is wow! I first streamed lossless files from Tidal to them and could not believe my ears. For such a small footprint, they have a sound much larger than their size. The tweeter never sounds too bright and the mid bass is astounding given the woofers 4” size. I could listen to these all day and my ears would never fatigue. The detail, imaging and warmth that comes through is really nice. I set these atop a small entertainment console about 4 foot apart from each other at ear level. The turntable (Audio Technica AT-LP60) sounds equally impressive with them. If you have a small office, modest sized living room/apartment or need something for a bedroom- look no further. I’ve owned many Bluetooth speakers over the years from JBL to Harmon Kardon and these blow them all away. Including any good soundbar and sub for a TV. My own set up includes a pair of audiophile level Wharfedale speakers, a NAD amplifier, a Marantz CD player and a Teac 300n turntable, and had these speakers been available a decade ago when I purchased my gear, I would have just purchased these Edifiers and called it a day. Especially since you can add a subwoofer for movie/TV watching and for more depth in your music. We also connected these via the optical cable to the TV and they blow me away. These speakers punch far above their price point. There’s good reason as to why thousands of stellar reviews of these are online everywhere. Thank you Edifier- job well done! 👏

The speaker sounds fine, they look great, and it is pretty intuitive to connect them up over Bluetooth, however, there doesn't seem to be any change in either the treble or bass when I turn the knobs.

So far, the remote is truly a pain to control volume up or down, the sound quality is relatively good but the poiwer of the speakers are nor as strong as I liked previuously from my old Logitec 5:1 surround sound, originally I paid about 159.00 for my Logitec but it got old ans the speakers gave out. The Edifer are a bit of a plus since they have bluetooth, the silly remote that the Klipsch did not have but the power that I wanted was there

Fantastic sound for the money, the only reason it’s not 5 stars is both a poor remote (fine volume control means an ton of taps, and not all of them seem to make it) and the Bluetooth chip seems to cause a faint static at higher volume levels. It’s not enough to interfere with most music, and not present when using other inputs (e.g. optical), but it is there.
Purchased refurbished speakers. Set up was a little confusing to select the correct input. The emote did not work - Edifier is sending a replacement.
